Clarus MarketMetrics® is a simple to use, market-oriented tool designed specifically for the real estate professional to better understand the local market and communicate those insights to clients easily and effectively. Clarus MarketMetrics® provides real estate professionals with a powerful set of localized reports that contain real-time market trend and pricing information in a highly visual format.

How to Access:

1. You must have paid your 2010 OCAR dues/fees.
2. Log into OCAR's Internet Member Services (IMS) by clicking HERE.
3. Click on Clarus MarketMetrics® Link. This will take you to the Clarus RESource®/Terradatum website.
4. Under the "New Users" dialogue box in the upper left-hand corner, click on "Register."
5. Once you've created your free account, you can access Clarus MarketMetrics®

Clarus Investor®

Clarus Investor® is a property analysis tool that allows agents to help buyers interested in investment real estate to obtain a quick picture of the property’s value and profit potential. Expand your market and profits with the power of Clarus Investor®.

How to Access:

1. You must have paid your 2010 OCAR dues/fees.
2. Log into OCAR's Internet Member Services (IMS) by clicking HERE.
3. You will need OCAR's coupon code to access Investor® free of charge. Please contact OCAR to obtain: 714-375-9313 or 949-586-6800.
4. Once you have your coupon code, click on the Clarus Investor® link under IMS. This will take you to the California Association of REALTORS®' REBS Web site to "purchase" the product. When you put in the coupon code, the cost will be FREE.

Login Troubleshooting

Possible Login Problems Include:

1. You are not a salesperson or a broker paying an MLS Participation fee to OCAR.
2. You have not paid your 2010 OCAR dues/fees (and your MLS access was suspended).
3. Appraisers, Assistants, and Affiliates do not have access to this free benefit.
