*NOTE: The first-time license renewal classes are all offered through the Association’s Video Education program. Cost is $15 for REALTOR® members. No pre-registration necessary. Log in to Internet Member Services (IMS) to view the class dates/locations/times for our Laguna Hills and Huntington Beach offices.

**NOTE: The Orange County Association of REALTORS® offers a 45-hour correspondence course for approximately $70 plus tax. One-day 45-hour renewal classes are also offered from time to time. Make sure you check the Education and Event Calendars on OCAR’s Internet Member Services regularly to find out when these classes are scheduled.
