• Helps put REALTOR®/business friendly candidates in office
• Helps us work with our elected officials
• Is non-partisan; which means we are neither Democrat or Republican.
  We are the REALTOR® Party!

Your contribution to the REALTOR® Action Fund program goes to support local, state and federal candidates who represent your rights and support your issues.

Did you know that over 35% of all proposed legislation introduced in Sacramento each year impacts REALTORS®? That amounts to approximately two thousand bills every year, most of which affect REALTOR® liability.

Every year, special interest groups propose new taxes, fees and regulations that raise your costs and reduce your earnings.

As a REALTOR®, you have a vested interest in the government under which you live and work.  Did you know that only 3 out of every 10 REALTORS® do their part to make the REALTOR® voice heard?  The REALTOR® Action Fund supports the people who make policy on matters affecting your business, which is why we need your help!

You may contribute in any amount or pay by installment.

• REALTOR® Action Fund
  Your $197 contribution includes an RAF pin/ribbon given to Member annually, and an invitation to the annual Capitol Reception held during Legislative Day in Sacramento.
  
  
• California Sterling "R"
  $498 Initial Contribution & Annual Renewal - Sterling "R" pin given upon initial contribution, and an invitation to the annual Capitol Reception held during Legislative Day (Sacramento).
  
  
• California Golden "R”
  $1,598 Initial Contribution ($498 Annual Renewal) - California Golden "R” pin given upon initial contribution, invitation to the annual Capitol Reception held during Legislative Day in Sacramento, and an invitation to attend the annual Golden "R" reception held at the fall C.A.R. meeting.
  
  
• N.A.R. Golden "R”
  $5,098 Initial Contribution ($2,098 Annual Renewal or $498 Renewal [if grandfathered in before 01.01.02 ]) - NAR Golden "R” pin given upon initial contribution, invitation from NAR to attend their special functions during NAR meetings, an invitation to the annual Capitol Reception held during Legislative Day in Sacramento, and an invitation to the annual Golden "R" reception held during the fall C.A.R. meetings.
  
  
• President Circle Club
  $1,000 Lifetime Contribution - To become a member of C.A.R.’s President Circle Club, your minimum lifetime contribution must be $1,000 to the REALTOR® Action Fund. Members receive a President Circle Pin for each $1,000 contributed, up to $10,000. Once a member has reached $10,000 in lifetime contributions, they receive a solid gold President Circle and RAF pin.
  
  
• Gold President Circle Holders
  $15,001 Lifetime Contribution - To become a Gold President Circle Holder you have reached a lifetime contribution of $15,001 or above. Members receive a new solid gold RAF pin with a “stone” added to signify their current lifetime contributions:
  $15,001-$20,000 (Ruby stone)
  $20,001-$25,000 (Ruby and Emerald stones)
  $25,001-$30,000 (Ruby, Emerald and Sapphire stones)
  $30,001 and above (Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire and Amethyst stones)
