SoCalMLS Now Powered by CARETS

CARETS is comprised of SoCalMLS, CLAW, iTech, MRMLS, CRISNet, VCRDS, and DAMLS MLS Systems. It is one portal to access all of the listings.

If you are a member of any of these MLS systems, you no longer have to reciprocate* your listings between CARETS participants. Simply enter the listing in your native MLS—it will appear in CARETS. 

Use the drop down list below to find out which cities fall under CARETS as well as to find key and lockbox information.

OCAR Agents: There is a $30 fee for all listings entered by your OCAR MLS Department.

*DAMLS is now part of the CARETS system. While you may be able to view DAMLS listings when you log into TEMPO, currently any listings you input for the Desert Area are not visible by DAMLS agents. While CARETS is working to correct this, you will need to "recip" your Desert Area listings to ensure they receive the maximum exposure to DAMLS participants.
